How This Works

Think of this form as a convenient way of placing an order with us that works in much the same way as a mail-in paper form, except you don't include any kind of payment with this form.

Select the quantities of each plant that you would like to order, review the estimated total cost, provide your contact information, and when you're ready, submit the order to us. If your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order number after clicking the submit button.

Your order will be read by a club member, who will then contact you to finalize the total cost, and arrange for payment.

This year's payment options are:

Please do not send payment until you are contacted by the club. Payment is always performed after you have been contacted by a club member and reviewed your final order and is never done by this web form.

After payment is provided, your order will be placed. We expect to receive the plants in the spring. You will be notified by a club member when your order is fulfilled via the email and phone number you provide.

Until payment is received, you may cancel your order by emailing us. Please provide the same contact details and, if possible, the order number provided to you when you submitted your order. It is usually not possible to cancel an order after payment is provided.

All orders are due March 9, 2016.

Orders from Non-members

Orders from people outside the club are welcome. Non-members can place an order for a $10 fee, or you can join the club (membership is very reasonable), and not only order plants, but also attend upcoming meetings, and then participate in a plant exchange in May! Caveats

We have tried to provide correct information, but it's not possible for us to avoid all errors. The plants may not look exactly like the photos. The plant names and descriptions may contain errors. This prices here are expected to be correct, but you'll get to review the final price before confirming your order and submitting payment.

By using this form, you agree with all of the above and you agree to share all collected information with the Hammonds Plains Area Garden Club. The club will not share this information with anyone except for the purposes of processing the order.
